ABS Compound
SPPL Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastics are modified with excellent dimensionally stability, easy to process and are widely used in various types of communications, digital, office equipment, household appliances and other fields.
Modification of ABS by compounding to achieveexcellent impact resistance, high gloss, good processibility, high surface brightness with low shrinkage levels, excellent dimensional stability and excellent surface aspect.
Reinforcements/modifiers
Heat stabilizers, lubricants, UV stabilizers etc. are being used in non-reinforced and reinforced grades to increase specific material properties. Flame retardant compound with halogen and halogen free, V0, V1, V2 classifications; glow wire flammability index, glow wire ignition behavior, low smoke density.
Applications: Due to excellent balance of properties, SPILAC ABS grades are suitable for an extensive range of industries like printers and office equipment, television sets, telephones, refrigerators, washing machine and other household appliances.
